You may use this website for lawful purposes only. We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw parts of it.

We aim to describe products accurately. Specifications, packaging and imagery are often supplied by manufacturers and may vary from what you receive. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Products sold by Grow District are intended for lawful horticultural and indoor-growing purposes. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and use of products complies with applicable laws.

• Prices and the checkout currency depend on the delivery country you select, and are set by our store for that country.
• Any delivery charge is calculated and displayed before you complete checkout.
• We accept major debit and credit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.

When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement confirming we have received it. That acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

If a product is unavailable, or if an order was placed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order or item and will refund you in full.

• We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States.
• Free delivery applies to eligible orders over £100 in the United Kingdom, over €150 in Germany and over $100 in the United States. Delivery charges for orders below the free-delivery threshold are calculated and confirmed at checkout.
• United Kingdom orders are generally estimated at 5–7 business days. For Germany and the United States, available delivery options and estimated timings are confirmed at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Delivery may be affected by availability, supplier processing, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel a distance purchase and return goods. The process, timescales and exceptions are set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Please do not send returns to our registered office unless specifically instructed by our support team.

If goods arrive faulty, damaged or are not what you ordered, contact info@grow-district.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these terms.

The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, or for business losses.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where such an event occurs, we will contact you and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel the affected order for a refund of amounts paid for undelivered goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
