Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

Grow District currently delivers to the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States. UK orders are generally estimated at 5–7 business days. For Germany and the United States, available delivery options and estimated timings are confirmed at checkout, and estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Is UK delivery free?

Free UK delivery applies to eligible orders over £100. Delivery charges for orders below the free-delivery threshold are calculated and confirmed at checkout. Estimated UK delivery is 5–7 business days, which is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date.

What is your return policy?

You normally have 14 days after receiving goods to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return them. Email info@grow-district.com with your name and order number to start a return. Please do not send returns to our registered office unless specifically instructed by our support team.

Are products covered by warranty?

All grow lights and hardware carry the full manufacturer warranty — typically 2 to 5 years depending on brand. We handle warranty claims directly for you.

How do I pick the right grow light for my tent?

As a rule of thumb: 30–35W of quality LED per square foot of canopy for flowering. Our team can size a light to your exact tent — email or WhatsApp us.

Which nutrients are beginner-friendly?
