Returns & Refunds

1. Email info@grow-district.com with your name and order number.
2. We will send you return instructions and the correct return destination.
3. Please do not send goods to our registered office unless specifically instructed by our support team.
4. Keep proof of postage or other evidence that the goods were returned.

• You normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
• After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
• Refunds are processed within the legally required period after we receive the goods back, or after you supply acceptable evidence that they have been returned.
• The standard outbound delivery charge is refunded where legally required.
• If you chose an enhanced delivery service, any additional cost above the standard delivery amount is not refunded.

• For change-of-mind returns, return postage is normally your responsibility.
• Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we are responsible for making reasonable return arrangements.

You may handle goods as you would in a shop to check their nature and function. If handling goes beyond that and reduces the value of the goods, we may make a deduction from your refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Some products cannot be returned under the standard cancellation right, including:

• Bespoke or customised products made to your specification.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Perishable goods.
• Other products excluded by applicable consumer law.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact info@grow-district.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
