Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

Grow District currently delivers to the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days for the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Is delivery to Germany free?

Free delivery to Germany applies to eligible orders over €150. Delivery charges for orders below the free-delivery threshold are calculated and confirmed at checkout, along with the available delivery options and estimated timings.

What is your return policy?

Grow District offers a 14-day return window for eligible products in our supported delivery markets. You normally have 14 days after receiving goods to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return them. Email info@grow-district.com with your name and order number to start a return. Please do not send returns to our registered office unless specifically instructed by our support team.

How do I pick the right grow light for my tent?

As a rule of thumb: 30–35W of quality LED per square foot of canopy for flowering. Email us or message us on WhatsApp with your tent size and we will help you choose.
